What to Expect
The Earth Day Fair committee is busy collecting videos, animated shorts and local interviews with farmers, scientists, business owners, people raising backyard chickens and electric car enthusiasts—-your neighbors who are trying new ways of doing things and finding small changes can make life more fun and better for the Earth and our valley. Want to share what YOU’RE doing?
It won’t be all passive watching
At times during the day, people are able to check into live sessions (like Zoom), ask questions of the experts and get in on the money-saving tips, tricks, refunds and Earth Day specials that are always part of the Chelan Fair.

Chelan Earth Day Fair going virtual this year
By Gary Myers
Like the swallows to Capistrano, if it’s the third Saturday in April, it’s time for the Chelan Earth Day Fair.
Since 1989, the fair has been the community’s unofficial coming out party for Spring. Riverwalk Park traditionally swells with visitors, and one of the longest running Earth Day events in the state has grown to include over 100 educational booths and demonstrations, arts and crafts vendors, a large collection of electric vehicles, local produce and a book and plant sale.
Join us for our virtual fair here on April 17th • Starting at 10am
