Interested in a donation opportunity to support our Earth Day Fair?

Looking for a way to get involved? If you don’t have TIME to give, help our fair be sustainable with a monetary donation!

Donation Options

Sponsorship: $500.00

This donation offers you, your company or your organization the widest opportunities to be seen and heard. You will appear in the following ways:
– On the Color Flyers
– In the Radio Ads
– On the Website – with a link to your website
– A 2 x 2 ad on the Recycle flyer
– Banner displayed at the entertainment stage (please provide prior to the fair)
– Free booth space (please register ASAP on our website)

Supporters: $250.00

For this support you will receive the following opportunities:
– Logo in our newspaper ad
– On the Website – with link to your website
– A 1 x 3 ad on the Recycle flyer
– Free booth space (please register ASAP on website)

Donors: $100.00

This is a list of businesses that wish to support us with a cash donation only.
– Business name listed on the Website – with link to your website

Individual Donors: $50.00

This is a list of individuals that wish to support us with a cash donation only. It can be yourself, your family, or  a friend.
– Names only listed on the Website

Advertisers: $25-100

This is our Recycle Flyer that has advertisers on one side and information about recycling services in Chelan County on the other. This flyer is mailed out with City utility bills in April and so is seen by all Chelan residents.

These ads run in size and price as follows:

• 1” X 1” – $25
• 1” X 2” – $50
• 1” X 3” – $75
• 2”X 2” – $100
