2023 Entertainment Schedule
Dan, known as Chelan’s Piano Man, is one of the most prolific and talented musicians in the valley. You can find him popping up, providing a fun and wide variety of music, and hosting open mic nights throughout the area.
Ready, Willing and Abel
This trio consists of local musicians Michael Gardner, Peter Henderson and Abel Hernandez. A favorite of the annual Music in the Pines festival, they combine their talents to create a comfortable blend of Americana folk, blues, and country tunes. It’s a welcome chance to take a break to just sit, relax and enjoy some great music.
Phil Long – Lake Chelan Research Institute
The theme of this year’s Earth Day fair is “It’s All About the Lake”, and what we can do to keep it the lake we all love. Phil is an expert on lake quality and offers you a rare opportunity to learn from one of the foremost authorities on what’s happening in Lake Chelan. Certainly worth a listen!
Kevin Jones Band
An Earth Day fair tradition, the Kevin Jones Trio returns with Kevin on electric and acoustic guitars and vocals, Cam Nichols on guitars and vocals, and Doyle Wood on electric and acoustic mandolins. Kevin and Cam create a strong blend of guitar virtuosity and vocals, and add Doyle’s smooth and inspired mandolin work, and you have a full landscape of both fresh original songs and familiar tunes with some rather unique twists.
Feat of Freedom Dance
This dance troupe has a long standing reputation of being one of most fun parts of the day with their smiling faces and creative routines. Feat of Freedom provides a healthy and joyful outlet to encourage youth to express themselves via the art of dance. Guaranteed to put a smile on your face.
The Skiffs originated, and have been well known in the Mansfield area for years. They’ve recently branched out to include gigs throughout North Central Washington. The trio consists of vocalist and guitarist Darik Peet, Katie Peet on bass, and longtime Earth Day fair favorite, Mike Bills on lead and steel guitar. They play a fun mix of Country, Classic Rock, Rockabilly and Bluegrass. Toes will be tapping. You’ll hear songs you recognize, but like you’ve never heard them before.
