Please note our revised rules for exhibitors at the fair:

All applications will be reviewed by the Earth Day Fair Committee to ensure vendors and items are:
eco-friendly, homemade/handcrafted, fair trade or wellness or community service related. You will be asked to choose whatever categories fit your situation in the form below.

The Chelan Earth Day Fair organizers reserve the right to determine whether any company, organization, or product is eligible for inclusion in the Fair. This determination may be made at any time before or after the booth registration.
If your business or items do not clearly meet these criteria, please describe how your display is compatible with our Earth Day Festival.

After the application is submitted, it will be reviewed, and you will be notified via email if your application is NOT approved.

Please explain how what you are exhibiting/selling/demonstrating relates to the Earth Day theme (reduce, recycle, reuse, handmade items etc.)

Your description of how you or your product relates/helps the earth, WILL BE SHOWN ON YOUR BOOTH TAG for others to see.

All food vendors are requested to use compostable containers for food service.
You will receive a discount on your booth fee this year as a promotion to assist you with the added cost of your containers.
You can look online for compostable containers, I researched some and found that Walmart had some very good prices as well.

From the map below please select the booth space you desire. If a space number is not available in the dropdown, it has already been reserved. Please note changes have been made to the map. $40 fee for 10' x 10' Exhibitor spaces, $65 fee for Oversized spaces, and $30 fee for Table spaces. When you choose a space, the fee will also be defined. You will receive an email message letting you know we've received your application, this happens automatically, and another email to either CONFIRM or IF we have issues or questions about your application. YOU WILL GET 2 MESSAGES, look in you SPAM if you do not receive these emails. Both emails must be received to actually CONFIRM your registration.
