Exhibitor Application Form – 2026

The Chelan Earth Day Fair is held in Riverwalk Park, the 3rd Saturday in April every year. Booths are 10’x10’ – $40.00, oversized booths – $65.00, tables $30.00.  All registration is online and requires a credit card payment to complete.

Acceptance into the Fair – Please keep in mind, the Earth Day Fair is an environmental, sustainable and educational community event. All vendors/exhibitors are encouraged to show in their booth how they or their products support and protect the environment.

The Chelan Earth Day Fair respects diversity. However no political or personal opinions, petitions, or racist material is allowed

By confirming your registration, you agree to the following rules and understand non-compliant vendors/exhibitors may be denied participation for future fairs.

 

All applications will be reviewed by the Earth Day Fair Committee to ensure vendors and items are:
eco-friendly, homemade/handcrafted, fair trade or wellness or community service related. You will be asked to choose whatever categories fit your situation in the form below.

Application does not guarantee acceptance. The Chelan Earth Day Fair organizers reserve the right to determine whether any company, organization, or product is eligible for inclusion in the Fair. This determination may be made at any time before or after the booth registration.

After the application is submitted, it will be reviewed, and you will be notified via email if your application is approved.  If you have not heard from us in 6 days, please let us know. contactus@chelanearthdayfair.org
