Vendor Application Form – 2022

Would you like to have a booth at the In-person 2022 Chelan Earth Day Fair? If you do not have an email address you will need to call 509-682-8718‬‬ to apply. This year all registration will happen online with online payments only. We no longer accept checks to make payments. If you have extenuating circumstance, please call 509-682-8718‬‬ to apply.
  • Of the vehicle you will have at the fair. If you don't know at this point, please write "I DON'T KNOW"
  • Please explain how what you are exhibiting/selling/demonstrating relates to the Earth Day theme (reduce, recycle, reuse, handmade items etc.)
  • Booth reservation and payment

  • From the map below please select the booth space you desire. Any space that is blue or black have already been reserved. If you do not have a preference just type "IDK" NOTE: if you are requesting space in sections G, H or booth space C4, they are now double spaces, and the fees are $30 for each of these areas. (Its essentially 2 spaces in one.) G and H have 2 (double) sections each, choose the Double Vendor Space option below. Once those double space are reserved, you can reserve 2 spaces but they will be charge per space ($40). Please note changes have been made to the map
  • The $20 fee for single vendor booth spaces, ($30 Booth fee for any of the double spaces G1, G2, H1, H2 or C4) will hold your reservation. If you need an invoice sent (Organizations only), or want to take part in the Student Competition choose those options below. You will receive (2) emails; a confirmation for the application received, and another when payment is received that will include your booth space confirmation.
  • NOTE: YOUR BOOTH SPACE IS NOT RESERVED UNTIL IT IS PAID FOR AND YOU RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION
  • Only ONLINE payments will be accepted going forward. We no longer accept checks to make payments. If you have extenuating circumstance, please call 509-682-8718‬‬ to apply.
  • Recycle, pack out garbage...etc.
  • Once you fill out this form and hit submit, you will see a message that you have successfully submitted your application. From there you will receive an email from us stating that we've received your application and are waiting to receive your payment. If you have chosen to pay online we will include an invoice in this first email that you can then follow the directions to pay with a credit card online. ONLY paid and confirmed applications are actually reserved.
